• Concierge Service: If you request cancellation before we begin work, we’ll issue a full refund. Once sourcing or negotiation starts, the fee is non-refundable.
• Performance Assurance: If you fully engage with our service and believe we fell short, email us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll personally review your case for a resolution.
