Questions, answered.

Everything buyers ask before getting the toolkit — what is in it, how it reaches you, what happens if it is not for you, and where the concierge service fits.

A $29 one-time bundle of nine files built around the dealer's side of a car deal: which add-ons are pure margin and what each really costs the store, the Finance Office guide, buy and lease calculators, a deal comparison sheet, a lease-vs-buy worksheet, delivery and finance-office checklists, and copy-paste email scripts for every stage of the negotiation.

Nine files — five printable PDFs and four spreadsheet calculators that open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. That covers the step-by-step buying guide, the out-the-door email scripts, the buy and lease estimators, the deal comparison sheet, the lease-vs-buy comparison, and the setup guides. Free updates for life.

All nine files are emailed to you as attachments right after checkout, usually within about 60 seconds. There is no login and no app. Print the PDFs or open them on your phone at the dealership.

30 days, no questions asked. If it does not help you save money or feel more confident negotiating, email info@carhandled.com within 30 days and we will refund you in full. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

Yes. The out-the-door method applies to any deal where a dealer gives you a number. The lease estimator handles money factor and residual directly, the lease-vs-buy worksheet compares the two structures on real math, and the negotiation scripts work the same on used and certified pre-owned inventory.

No — that is the point. The scripts are written to be sent as-is, and most of the work happens by email before you meet anyone. You are not improvising under pressure in a showroom; you are comparing written quotes at your kitchen table.

Yes. It is built by Ali Camur, who negotiated 1,000+ deals across 8 years in the auto industry, 6 of them in the luxury segment, and now works on the buyer's side. There are no ads, no lead forms, and no dealer referral fees — the $29 is the entire business model, backed by a 30-day refund.

It depends on the car, the market, and how many dealers you put in competition. The worked example included in the toolkit is a real deal on a 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD where the out-the-door total came in $3,696 lower on the same car. We do not publish an average, because a single average across different vehicles and markets would not mean anything.

The total you pay to drive away: negotiated vehicle price, dealer doc fee, sales tax, and title, registration and DMV fees. Nothing else belongs in it without your explicit agreement. There is a full explainer in what is an out-the-door price.

The Toolkit is do-it-yourself for $29 — you send the emails and run the numbers. The Concierge service is done-for-you: we source the vehicle, negotiate the out-the-door price, and coordinate delivery. You still sign directly with the dealer either way.

Yes — that is what the Concierge service does. It starts with a $129 Deal Review for a fast second opinion on a quote you already have, and full Concierge handling is a $1,000 flat fee, by application. Fees are always flat, never a percentage of the car price. If you are local, we can meet you at the dealership of your choice.

CarHandled works with buyers across the United States. Because dealers send out-the-door quotes by email and you sign at your own local dealership, the process works the same whether you are across town or across the country. If you are local, we can also meet you in person at the dealership of your choice.
